Our peptides are supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, sealed in a vial for laboratory reconstitution.

Minor variations in appearance are normal and do not affect quality. The lyophilized cake can break or settle unevenly during transit, and solution-based products may occasionally show flakes or slight color differences. These are aesthetic only — every batch is verified before release.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need a change or cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to modify it.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view your order status and history from your account dashboard at any time.

We currently ship within the United States and all US territories. International shipping is planned for future expansion but is not yet available.

Shipping is a flat $10.59 on orders under $200. Orders of $200 or more ship completely free.

All orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

We currently accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash, and cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT) on Solana, and USD Coin (USDC) on Solana. Payment details are shown on the next screen after you place your order.

Select the crypto option at checkout and place your order. You will then be shown the wallet address to send your exact total to. Your order ships as soon as the payment confirms on-chain. For USDT and USDC, send only on the Solana network.

Our payment methods are confirmed manually, so new orders are placed on hold until we verify that funds have been received. Send your payment using the details shown at checkout and include your order number. Orders left unpaid after 24 hours are automatically cancelled.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality discrepancy verified against the COA, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at −4°F for long-term stability. Once reconstituted, store at 39°F. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
